Mr. Farrar graduated from the Mississippi College School of law and has been practicing law since 1986. He is licensed in both Florida and Mississippi. He is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts, All Federal Courts for the Northern District of Florida, 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Claims, Mississippi State Courts and Federal Courts.

He is very active in the legal community and participates in the following associations; the Florida Bar Association and the Escambia/Santa Rosa Bar Association. He currently serves on the boards of the Northwest Florida Legal Services and Vice President of Escambia/Santa Rosa Bar Foundation. Mr. Farrar practices law in the following areas Family Law, Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, Insurance Claim Disputes, Corporate Law, and Simple Estate Planning/Wills/DPOA.
